• Download, file, and save shipment temperature reports.

Job description

Supporting the Cold Chain monitoring and measuring processes. Share records, trends, and information with relevant stakeholders.

Key Performance Outputs

• Monitor cold chain across sea, air, and road freight using platforms; flag temperature issues.
• Maintain and update temperature monitor details in system.
• Download, file, and save shipment temperature reports.
• Manage inventory of temperature monitors (ordering, replenishing, recording).
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers.

Key Interactions

• Internal: Logistics, container loading sites, grower success team, commercial team.
• External: Service providers, receivers/clients at destination

Requirements

Qualification / Experience

• Senior certificate / grade 12 / matric
• Work experience in the fruit industry is beneficial.
• Involvement/exposure to Cold chain management beneficial.

Functional / Technical

• Computer literacy: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent Email etiquette
• ERP system experience
