We are looking for a Cold Kitchen Chef who will be responsible for managing the food production and quality control for all meat, fish, fowl, and other food items prepared in the cold kitchen. The role includes creating exceptional cuisine for the cold kitchen section of banquet menus as well as other food and beverage outlets. The chef will oversee all physical aspects of cold kitchen operations, including supervision, food preparation, serving, equipment maintenance, cleaning, quality control, and maintaining a clean work area.
