Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) invites unemployed youth to apply for the Visual Merchandiser Learnership Programme 2025 / 2026.

About the Learnership

The Visual Merchandiser Learnership is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in sales and marketing. Learnership participants will gain real-world experience in retail execution, customer interaction, and merchandising across direct and indirect outlets.

This role reports to the Account Developer and offers hands-on training in customer servicing, order placement, and brand execution.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Execute daily store visits and merchandising schedules
  • Maintain product quality, availability, and visibility in line with Coca-Cola’s RED standards
  • Implement visual merchandising and promotional displays
  • Educate customers on using the MyCCBA ordering platform
  • Support sales promotional campaigns and in-store marketing efforts
  • Provide relief support as instructed by the line manager
  • Grade 12 with Maths or Maths Literacy (minimum 40%)
  • English and one additional South African language (minimum 40%)
  • South African citizenship
  • Must be unemployed and not studying full-time
  • Age: 18–35 years
  • Employment Equity candidates only
  • No criminal or credit record
  • Willing to work six days a week
  • Driver’s license is advantageous
  • Must not be enrolled in or have completed any similar learnership programme
  • A post-matric qualification in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage
