Qualifications

• Responsible for the delivery of events such as seminars, conferences, client training, worksho
• Meet key stakeholders to discuss the type of event, budget and catering required
• Manage the RSVP list of the invitations sent out and send reminders to non-respondents
• Plan annual events calendar for Johannesburg and Cape Town
• Responsible and compiling a gift catalogue that is aligned with the CI guides
• Manage stock levels, quality assurance, reordering and distribution of promotional items, brochures and other marketing collateral
• Liaise with marketing and events service providers (when work is outsourced) regarding timelines and reverts, ensuring that and

deadlines are monitored and met
