Who We're Looking For

We are seeking 2–3 passionate, driven individuals to join as co-founders and help bring Civilex AI to scale. Ideal candidates have deep experience in at least one of the following areas:

Legal Domain Expert

• Qualified attorney with 5–10 years in South African legal practice
• Strong understanding of legal workflows, contracts, and compliance (POPIA, B-BBEE, CPA, etc.)
• Excited to help shape and validate a next-generation legal tech product

AI/Tech Builder

• Proven background in AI/ML, LLMs, or product engineering
• Experience building SaaS platforms or knowledge-based systems
• Driven to solve real-world legal problems through advanced technology

Business Development & Growth Strategist

• Experience in sales, partnerships, operations, or go-to-market strategy
• Familiarity with legal, corporate, or public sector networks in South Africa
• Ready to lead growth, strategic partnerships, and investor relations
