Mission: Ensure efficient, high-quality production while maintaining safety and continuously improving processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Follow company rules, PPE requirements, and 5S principles.
2. Operate CNC lathes, milling machines, and multi-axis centers.
3. Execute production to specifications, ensuring quality and meeting targets.
4. Improve machine efficiency and set first-off pieces for new jobs.
5. Flag quality issues and support process improvements.
6. Track jobs and meet output requirements.

Education and Experience:

1. Matric with Mathematics (essential).
2. 2+ years in CNC machining; knowledge of Fanuc and Mazatrol (essential).
3. Familiar with Lean and 5S principles.
4. Team player with strong communication skills.
5. Willing to work shifts/overtime and eager to learn.

Additional Information:

1. Proficient in CNC programming, drawing interpretation, and calculations.
2. Quality-driven, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure.
