Une entreprise leader recherche un opérateur de machine CNC expérimenté pour programmer et utiliser des tours CNC. Le candidat idéal possède un certificat Red Seal Fitter and Turner et une certification en fonctionnement CNC. Ce rôle exige des compétences en interprétation de dessins techniques et le souci de maintenir la qualité en respectant les tolérances, tout en travaillant à un rythme soutenu.
Program, Set-up and Run various machine tools on a CNC turn and / or lathe machine (Mazatrol Fanuk and Heiden Heim).Position and secure tools and tool holders to the tool heads.Ensure all relevant drawings, procedures, and instructions are to the latest revisions, prior to work commencing.Operating the machine safely and competently per the manufacturer's operating instructions and ensuring good safety and housekeeping.Ensure all components produced meet specifications using appropriate measuring equipment such as (Micrometers, Vernier, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges and etc).Must be able to select suitable tools and inserts, and cutters.Will be required to work within very close tolerances and be able to work in a production setting to meet ongoing production quotas.Read drawings, job orders, tooling instructions, or standard charts to determine specification procedures.Perform routine machine maintenance.Monitor tool wear, change tools and inserts as required.Good work ethics and flexibility to work overtime and shifts as required.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and stand for long periods.Must be able to contribute to continuous improvement techniques to improve output, quality, cost, and delivery.To avoid rejection and maintain the quality of production.Any other duties as may be reasonably required of you by your Manager.Interpreting Technical Drawings and Specifications.Setting up and operating machine tools (both manual and CNC).Troubleshooting issuesCollaborating within a team.Ensuring a safe work environment.QualificationsRed Seal Fitter and TurnerCNC Operating certificate.Additional InformationWith colleagues stretching across the globe, we are proud of our diversity.
