Responsibilities

Position Purpose: This role involves working on a consolidation & CMS migration project, combining hands-on web editing, assembling new website features, and coordinating with stakeholders for website rollouts. You will collaborate closely with Marketing & Business teams and other website editors worldwide. This is a global position with responsibilities for all regional websites, including FOREX.com and StoneX entities.

A solid understanding of website build processes, CMS functionality, and the ability to work independently are essential. You should be proactive in flagging issues, suggesting improvements, and experimenting with solutions.

Primary duties will include:

• Content migration and page assembly across existing and new headless CMS platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines globally.
• Collaborating with global marketing, business, and regional web teams to finalize content, incorporate localized requirements, and support smooth feature rollouts.
• Troubleshooting CMS issues, optimizing workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, experimenting with layouts and content, and maintaining high site usability and performance during migration.
• Implementing SEO best practices on all pages.
• Performing website quality assurance by testing and reviewing content for errors.
• Updating web analytics codes as needed.
• Supporting project leaders with quality assurance testing and issue resolution.
• Maintaining and updating websites to ensure optimal user experience.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you will need:

• 3-5 years of web management experience with consumer-facing websites.
• Familiarity with web CMS, preferably headless CMS (Kontent.ai, Uniform, Contentful) or enterprise platforms (Episerver, Sitecore, Adobe).
• Experience with website content migrations or replatforming, with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Knowledge of web publishing standards, including SEO, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate across time zones in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
