What You Need to Succeed

• Previous experience in a managerial role or actively pursuing advancement
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• A strategic thinker capable of devising and executing impactful sales strategies

Role Responsibilities

• Drive and review KPI performance, implementing necessary actions
• Foster a customer-centric culture
• Provide strong leadership to your team, driving engagement and high performance
• Oversee development, lead, empower, and motivate Merchant Branch Managers
• Ensure locations have adequate staffing, supporting store operations as needed

Working Pattern

Monday to Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
(with an extra day off during the week for every 2 Saturday shifts worked)
