Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the Role

Our client is looking for a visionary Cloud Solutions Architect with a strong focus on AI & Emerging Technologies to join their fully remote team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructures that support advanced AI workloads and emerging technology solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud platforms, AI services, and best practices for architecting complex, distributed systems. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate business needs into effective technical strategies, driving innovation from a remote-first perspective.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect cloud-native solutions on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, optimized for AI/ML workloads.
• Develop strategies for migrating existing infrastructure and applications to the cloud, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Define and implement best practices for cloud security, governance, and cost management.
• Collaborate with development and data science teams to understand their infrastructure needs and provide expert guidance.
• Evaluate and recommend new cloud services and technologies to enhance AI capabilities.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, diagrams, and presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud architecture, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
• Proven experience designing and deploying complex, scalable, and secure cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, adapted for remote collaboration.
