Job Description: Cloud Solution Architect - Azure AI Platform

Join Microsoft's Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) organization, a global team dedicated to enhancing customer experience through innovative strategy, design, and implementation. As a Cloud Solution Architect aligned with the Azure AI platform, you will leverage your expertise in AI and Machine Learning to enable customer success, build Generative AI solutions, and influence product development.

Responsibilities include:

1. Accelerating customer adoption of Azure AI workloads from Proof of Concept to production.
2. Providing expert guidance on Generative AI architecture, proof of concepts, and support.
3. Growing Azure AI adoption among existing clients.
4. Leading technical escalations and collaborating with stakeholders to unblock projects.
5. Offering insights to increase platform adoption and influence product roadmaps.
6. Upskilling teams and sharing best practices to increase technical depth in the field.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or equivalent.
• Experience with Azure AI Services such as Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, Speech, and Machine Learning.
• Experience creating AI Proof of Concepts and supporting deployments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Java, and experience with cloud deployment tools.
• Ability to design system architectures and deploy in enterprise environments.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with diverse stakeholders.
• Technical certifications in cloud technologies are a plus.
