Key Purpose

The Clinic Administrator will manage all administrative tasks and support the Nurse at onsite clinics for our clients, in line with the clinics' operating hours.

The services at these clinics may include Primary Health Care, Occupational Health Care, or both.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments to optimize workflow and minimize patient wait times
  • Updating, organizing, and securing medical files for quick access
  • Overseeing waiting areas
  • Acting as liaison between patients, medical staff, and external stakeholders
  • Monitoring supplies and maintaining inventory levels
  • Ensuring clinic compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and standards
  • Assisting medical personnel with administrative tasks
  • Addressing patient queries and resolving complaints
  • Compiling and submitting reports to management
  • Ordering stationary
  • Facilitating calibration, maintenance, and repairs of clinical equipment
  • Managing medical waste collection and disposal
  • Supporting administration for incapacity support, case management, and return-to-work processes
