What You Can Expect

The Clinical Sales Specialist (CSS) is integral to the daily management of any successful sales region. The role is responsible for working alongside the Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, and Regional Sales Manager to service hospitals and provide technical support to all stakeholders within our customer base. This ensures that the experience of using Zimmer Biomet products and services for the complete surgical team is seamless, securing high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.

Additionally, the CSS will deliver bespoke training to ensure Surgeons and Scrub Staff are competent to operate safely and efficiently with Zimmer Biomet products, attending surgery as necessary to provide real-time support to cases.

How You'll Create Impact
  1. Giving Technical Advice in the OR on Zimmer Biomet Recon & TDS products.
  2. Providing all necessary training in the use of Zimmer Biomet products.
  3. Sales lead generation within Platinum & Silver customers.
  4. Managing logistics around procedure planning and consignment stock.
  5. Providing onsite support for product demonstrations and educational initiatives.
  6. Following all internal communication and documentation policies (QA).
  7. Adhering to divisional sales strategies under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager.
  8. Devoting adequate time to acquiring the necessary knowledge of Zimmer Biomet and competitive products required for effectiveness.
  9. Keeping up to date for assigned accounts.
  10. Undertaking other duties such as attendance at sales meetings, exhibitions, staff training, etc. when required by the Regional Sales Manager.
  11. Providing a monthly report to the Regional Sales Manager, outlining performance, activities, and competitive situations.

  2. Full knowledge of divisional product portfolio.

  5. Proven organizational skills and effective time management.
  6. Confident and engaging presentation skills.
  7. Able to solve given problems quickly and efficiently.
Your Background
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  2. Strong networking capabilities and sound business acumen to identify, plan, and execute on services.
  3. Strong knowledge in Orthopedics, with specific knowledge of competitor's products and strategies.
  4. Significant level of clinical expertise.
  5. Strong presentation skills, customer-centric, relationship, and communication skills.
  6. Entrepreneurial, target-oriented, and organizational skills.
  7. Analysis capability and problem-solving skills.
  8. Team spirit, willing to learn.
  9. Travel Expectations: 80%.
