ManpowerGroup SA in Cape Town is seeking a Clinical Specialist to join the team and drive clinical initiatives, training, and collaboration with cross-functional groups. You will help develop account level strategies and support the field with educational programs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent, strong presentation skills, and at least 3 years in a relevant market, with exceptional wound care knowledge and teaching using simulations and workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution in Nursing or Equivalent Academic Provision
• Excellent presentation and educational skills
• At least 3 years experience in relevant market, former similar positions
• Exceptional Clinical Knowledge in Advanced Wound Care
• Proven experience of education and teaching using simulation and workshop approaches
• Excellent English knowledge
