Key Responsibilities
- Gain MS, increase CARTO case volume, and drive increased value per case.
- Support Sales Development Manager in building account plans and executing them with excellence.
- Track and analyze sales using Sales Analysis reports and platforms, following guidelines from the Sales Development Manager.
- Manage orders, backorders, stock, and consignment in accordance with company and hospital agreements/contracts, ensuring compliance with stock management targets.
- Manage hardware placements and collaborate with clinical engineering and hospital technical services departments.
- Support customers during cases by coaching on product usage and representing the product portfolio professionally.
- Focus on customer training to achieve account (technology) independence, and collaborate with the Sales Development Manager and Clinical Development Manager to support clinical development programs.
- Optimize practitioner efficiency through effective product usage and conduct clinical presentations and training programs.
- Maintain annual certifications and complete new product training to ensure proficiency, achieving required pass rates.
- Support cases outside regional scope if business needs arise.
- Execute strategies flawlessly in accordance with sales incentive SOPs.
- Prioritize and respond appropriately to requests in high-stress situations, maintaining composure and focus on problem-solving.
- Fully adopt Sales Force effectiveness tools and KPIs.
Required Skills
- Proven sales success in the EP medical environment is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Self-disciplined, organized, and capable of taking ownership of business objectives and managing time effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with initiative.
- Skilled in networking with key stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills as a team player.
- High learning agility.
Qualifications
- Experience in the Cardiovascular and/or Electrophysiology environment is required.
- Bachelor of Science degree is required.
- IBHRE and/or EHRA certification in EP or Pacing, or both, is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience in Sales, Retail, or Business Development roles.
