We are currently recruiting a Clinical & Product Trainer for our Pressure Injury Prevention portfolio. This is a one (1) year contract position . The purpose of the Clinical & Product Trainer (Pressure Injury Prevention) is to focus on long-term relationships with end-users in Public sector and to provide clinical and product training relating to Pressure Injury Prevention and Therapeutic Mattress product training.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Daily ward rounds in Public Hospitals to identify areas where training is required
  • Co-ordinating and providing clinical and product training to all end-users in hospital and covering all nursing shifts – formal and on-the spot
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints timeously
  • Liaising with Hospital Clinical Engineering and Maintenance Manager to resolve repair challenges.
  • Effective territory coverage
  • Collaborating with Arjo Service team on handling repairs
  • The candidate must be able to work outside office hours, when required.
  • Documenting of hospital database and install base of therapeutic mattresses

Grow the business through:

  • Clinical education
  • Clinical assessment services
  • Ward rounds to ensure all end users are trained and able to use the therapeutic mattresses correctly

Qualification, Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in clinical healthcare environment
  • Healthcare practitioner with clinical knowledge
  • Prior training experience a plus.
  • Basic computer literacy skills in MS Excel and Outlook
  • Valid driver’s license (Code 08/EB) and own transport
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer Service Orientated
  • Fluent in African language will be an advantage
