Job summary

Qualifications
- Essential education: MPharm or relevant postgraduate degree.
- Desirable education: Antimicrobial Stewardship course, Infection Prevention and Control related course.
Responsibilities
- Provide Clinical Pharmacy Services to the hospital.
- Initiate and implement the Antimicrobial Stewardship Programme and enhance the appropriate utilisation of antimicrobials.
- Provide information related to pharmaceutical utilisation, trends, strategies and medication to the hospital.
- Mitigate and support the management of pharmaceutical risks in the hospital.
- Ensure accurate dispensing where applicable.
