Netcare Pharmacies invites applications for a Professional Nurse/Clinical Nurse to provide holistic, patient-centred nursing care within a multidisciplinary health team. The role includes assessment, planning and delivery of care, while documenting outcomes and collaborating with families and other health professionals.

The incumbent will coordinate care across shifts, perform emergency response as needed, and ensure adherence to nursing standards, policies and procedures.

Competenze

• Nurse must provide holistic patient care per standards and SOPs.
• Ability to participate in multidisciplinary teams and communicate with families.
• Demonstrate emergency management and accurate documentation of nursing care.

• Serve as clinical resource to assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care.
• Coordinate patient care within the multidisciplinary team.
• Initiate and maintain emergency treatment as indicated.
• Prepare documentation reflecting patient status and staff ratios.
• Communicate with unit manager about activities and problems.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
