We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Clinical Marketing Nurse (half-day) to join this passionate team. In this role, you’ll be the face of Faircape Health — building relationships with medical professionals, assessing patients for admission, and showcasing our diverse care offerings including subacute, respite, oncology, long-term, and palliative care.

  • Oversee and manage the full authorisation process, ensuring all approvals are obtained timeously and accurately.
  • Accurately document and communicate any special patient requests on the internal system, including transfer preferences, dietary needs, or isolation protocols.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the referral pathway, and remain up to date on the status of authorisations and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure each patient receives a complete admissions pack, including the facility brochure, welcome letter, and signed facility agreement prior to arrival.
  • Secure the necessary letters of motivation from the MDT to support extension of stays and ensure medical aid coverage.
  • Actively support discharge planning, contributing to smooth patient transitions.
  • Attend and participate in weekly MDT meetings, contributing clinical insight, marketing feedback, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all outreach efforts are aligned with shared goals and brand strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing plan, outlining clear targets, strategies, and expected outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with specialists and physicians to drive continuous referrals and occupancy growth.
