We are seeking a driven clinician for an exciting Clinical Lead role in the MSK space to become a part of our Wellington CBD team. You will provide best practice and service delivery solutions whilst providing clinical support to our team. We will provide you with the tools you need to look after people the way they deserve to be taken care of – the Habit Health way.

This is a senior leadership role whereby the successful candidate is required to have 8-10 years' clinical experience in MSK. You will be the Clinical Lead for both Wellington and Manawatu

Main Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Service Lead to review complex client cases.
  • Manage client risk register and review complex clinical reports.
  • Build positive relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Supporting the regional multi-disciplinary team to achieve positive client outcomes.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Post grad qualification in Physiotherapy
  • Annual practicing certification as a registered health professional
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Fluent communication skills – you will be collaborating with a whole team!
  • Minimum of eight years' experience in a clinical role
  • ACC operational, medical and policy knowledge
