MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBThe Clinical Facilitator plans and facilitates identified training and development interventions to ensure competency of all staff. They can be allocated to a specialist unit (e.g. the ICU) or work across the nursing units of a hospital.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASESSENTIAL EDUCATION
Diploma or Degree in Nursing
Midwifery Qaulificaiton is essential
A Postgraduate specialist qualification (i.e. Critical Care) will be advange.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCEESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years of Professional Nurse experience in a hospital
1 year experience a as mentor
A minimum of 2-3 years experience in critical care
