Qualifications

CLINICAL EDUCATOR - ADVANCE WOUND CARE

Area: Pretoria

Salary: R.00pm - R.00 pm

Required Experience:

  1. Registered Nurse with a bachelor's degree
  2. Preferred WHASA or recognized wound management certificate
  3. 2+ years' experience in a clinical setting working with patients and/or end users
  4. Previous medical industry experience is an asset
  5. Domestic travel required - Pretoria, Limpopo & North West
  6. Valid driver's License
  7. Own Vehicle

Key Job Outputs:

  1. Maintain professional credentials and education to retain status as a clinical expert through board certification as a nurse
  2. Support in-hospital wound care in conjunction with employed hospital staff
  3. Set up new wound care protocols for follow-up visits for end users
  4. Deliver education programs to a diverse group of internal and external customers and end users to drive better wound outcomes and improve care
  5. Report back to senior leadership key clinical learnings and opportunities
  6. Provide clinical and operational support in the delivery of patient care in a hospital setting or clinical environment
  7. Train physicians/clinicians/nurses on procedures, protocols, and product use
  8. Assist with front office operations including billing, invoicing, scheduling, tracking of procedures, reporting, and funder approvals
