Join us as a CLIN NURSE II at Covenant Health

Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Surgery Unit (3 North). This full-time position offers 72 hours per pay period, night shifts, and a schedule of two weekends off every six weeks.

Department Overview: The Surgery Unit cares for patients undergoing urological, vascular, wound, or general surgeries. Position Summary: Provide professional nursing care, coordinate care planning, assess patient needs, develop and evaluate care plans, and supervise team members. Demonstrate competence in critical skills, follow safety standards, and participate in quality initiatives.
