Job summary

We Love AI Jobs is seeking a highly execution-focused Tech VA to support client onboarding, CRM systems, outbound infrastructure, and technical operations for fast-growing B2B campaigns. You will configure GoHighLevel sub-accounts, build AI SDR sequences, and manage lead data with a SOP-driven approach.

Remote role suitable for independent contractors. You will collaborate asynchronously, troubleshoot integrations across GHL, HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, Slack, and Zapier/Make.com, and document

Qualifications

• Strong experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), including CRM setup, pipelines, automations, and sub-account management.
• Experience with cold email infrastructure including DNS, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warm-up, and deliverability.
• Experience building AI SDR or email automation workflows.
• Experience using Apollo, Clay, PhantomBuster, or similar lead scraping tools.
• Familiarity with Zapier and/or Make.com automation workflows.
• Experience configuring Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 email hosting.
• Experience working in startup, agency, or outbound lead generation environments preferred.
