Qualifications

• NQF Level 4 or Grade 12 equivalent is required.
• Experience in customer service or client relations is preferred.
• Proficient in CRM software and data management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced product/service information to customers.
• Process customer orders and select appropriate options.
• Respond to basic and advanced customer issues and escalate when needed.
• Develop relationships with allocated potential customers via calls and in-person visits.
• Enter and maintain CRM data after each contact to support retention and growth.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements using a multilevel sales script.
