Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their businesses, challenges, and opportunities.
Sales Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets within your assigned region.
Quote Management: Proactively follow up on quotes and opportunities to drive sales.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the External Sales team to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Operations Coordination: Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and invoicing.
Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly sales and activity reports to management. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company’s products and industry trends.
Requirements:
Matric with Mathematics is essential
A tertiary qualification in Sales, Business Management or IT will be an advantage
3-4+ Years of experience in account management and sales operations.
Experience in the IT Distribution or Commercial sector is advantageous.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
