Client Success / Sales Operations Coordinator – Durban.

Join the team as a Client Success & Sales Operations Coordinator in Durban and leverage your 4+ years of experience in internal account management and sales operations to excel in a fast-paced environment.

With a focus on maximising revenue and achieving sales targets, you’ll play a crucial role in managing strategic accounts, developing new opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Type: Permanent.

Salary: R15 000 – R26 000 pm Depending on experience.

Area: Onsite in Durban.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their businesses, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Sales Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets within your assigned region.
  • Quote Management: Proactively follow up on quotes and opportunities to drive sales.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the External Sales team to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Coordination: Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and invoicing.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly sales and activity reports to management.
    Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company’s products and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Matric with Mathematics is essential
  • A tertiary qualification in Sales, Business Management or IT will be an advantage
  • 3-4+ Years of experience in account management and sales operations.
  • Experience in the IT Distribution or Commercial sector is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.
  • Proficiency in English.
