Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives
• Communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and grow opportunities within the territory, collaborating with sales teams to ensure growth
• Assist with client requests, issue escalations, and support administrative tasks such as data entry, updating systems, and managing schedules

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing client relationships, preferably in hospitality, client success, or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
