Job Description:

To drive and be fully accountable for efficient and profitable operational service delivery in line with client Service Level Agreements and Pricing Schedules.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

  • Up to 2 years supervisory or HR generalist experience
  • TES experience preferred

Education:

  • Grade 12
  • NQF Level 5 qualification
  • Degree in Business, HR or related field (preferred, not mandatory)

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Overall accountability for effective admin and payroll management; ensure adherence to payroll procedures and deadlines.
  • Verification and approval of payroll reports; ensure correct job requisitions are received and sent to Resource Centre.
  • Establish relationships with Resource Centre; provide feedback on candidates.
  • Complete assessments, checks, and verifications; brief assignees on logistics.
  • Recruitment of backup or replacement staff; report on daily fill rate; forecast labor needs.
  • Employee induction; issue protective equipment; coordinate transportation; distribute pay slips.
  • Maintain payroll data integrity; compile reports; ensure staffing and manage timekeeping.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, SOPs, and governance; maintain client SLAs.
  • Build relationships with client management; attend meetings; identify future needs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing; liaise with credit control; analyze weekly stats.
  • Coach and mentor staff; manage disciplinary issues; address labor risks.
  • Foster a positive work environment; drive transformation; oversee training and development.
