Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure shifts are fully staffed as per client contract requirements;
  • Ensure that protective equipment and related documentation is issued;
  • Report injuries on duty;
  • Brief all assignees regarding client operating policies, procedures, health & safety, and labour relations before placement;
  • Investigate, record, and act on disciplinary incidents appropriately;
  • Monitor and ensure correct use of biometric or relevant timekeeping systems;
  • Manage and monitor employee performance and attendance;
  • Provide regular feedback to the client regarding queries;
  • Prevent losses, wastage, or misuse of resources;
  • Address poor performance and disciplinary issues;
