Client Success Consultant - Confirmation

Role Overview

In this role, you will manage client engagements, oversee training and consulting initiatives, and collaborate closely with the support team to deliver high-quality, tailored services that meet client needs.

Your focus will be on optimizing processes, fostering strong relationships with clients, and ensuring long-term success and renewals, with an emphasis on both banking and audit firm sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ownership of the success of the audit market and identifying key metrics for customer success.
  • Manage issues and potential risks encountered by audit firms and execute proactive client engagements.
  • Oversee the success of major accounts, especially the Big 4, and manage relationships with banking clients.
  • Support bank onboarding, provide training, and oversee setup and demos.
  • Drive internal process improvements supporting client success and manage escalations.
  • Provide technical and software updates to clients, ensuring proactive management of the client base.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on initiatives, client demos, and feedback.
  • Participate in pre-sales discussions, project planning, and quotations.
Candidate Profile

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in Client Success, Support, or Consulting roles.
  • Domain experience from the customer perspective, especially in Confirmation.
  • Completed a 3-year tertiary qualification.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Power BI dashboards.
