About the Role :

As a Digital Client Strategist, you will play a key role in developing and executing digital strategies that support our eyecare clients in achieving their business goals. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless strategy implementation and cultivate strong long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities :
  1. Digital Strategy Development : Create and implement tailored data-driven digital strategies that drive growth, increase patient engagement, and contribute to our clients' long-term success.
  2. Client Relationship Management : Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing proactive solutions that exceed expectations.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with internal teams (SEO, content, design, development) to ensure strategies are aligned with client goals.
  4. Performance Monitoring & Optimization : Track client performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems, and refine strategies based on data insights, trends, and client feedback.
  5. Project Management : Oversee client projects from start to finish, ensuring quality deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
  6. Client Reporting & Presentations : Prepare and deliver strategic reports and performance updates, offering actionable insights and recommendations to drive client success.
  7. Innovation & Growth : Identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts and propose new strategies to increase client satisfaction and success.
Key Skills & Experience :
  1. Client Strategy Development : Proven experience in designing and optimizing digital strategies aligned with business goals, ideally in digital marketing.
  2. Relationship Management : Demonstrated success in building and nurturing strong client relationships to deliver results.
  3. Data-Driven Decision Making : Proficiency with digital tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems) to refine strategies and optimize performance.
  4. Project Management : Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction.
  5. Digital Marketing Expertise : Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing, with healthcare or medical experience as a plus.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Experience working with diverse teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
  7. Problem Solving & Adaptability : Ability to pivot strategies as client needs evolve and provide creative, data-driven solutions.

  1. 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or agency settings, with a focus on healthcare, medical, or professional services.
  2. Proven ability to manage client relationships, develop strategies, and use performance data for optimization.
  3. Familiarity with performance analysis tools including Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and CRM systems.
  4. Experience with healthcare or eyecare clients is a plus.
Specific Requirements :
  1. Standard working hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
  2. Remote work from any location, with requirements including:

  5. Load-shedding equipment if applicable.
