What Youll Be Responsible For

Client Relationship Management

Lead the relationship with each assigned client

Set expectations guide conversations and ensure clients feel supported and understood

Strategic Planning and Direction

Create focused marketing strategies based on business goals data and best practices

Translate insights into clear confident recommendations

Work with content design development and campaign teams to bring strategies to life

Align deliverables keep timelines on track and ensure execution is smooth

Performance Analysis and Reporting

Use platforms like Google Analytics CallRail and CRM tools

Deliver clear insightful reports and guide next steps based on performance

Proactive Ownership

Anticipate challenges and raise risks early

Maintain momentum and protect both trust and results

Discernment and DecisionMaking

Make informed contextaware recommendations

Know when to take action and how to communicate your reasoning

What Were Looking For

Strategic thinker who builds marketing plans that connect to business goals

What You Bring

35 years in a clientfacing role with strategic responsibilities

Proven success building strong client relationships and delivering results

Experience in digital marketing SEO content or performancebased services

Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics CallRail SEMrush and CRMs

Ability to manage multiple accounts without losing focus or missing details

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A track record of sound decisionmaking under pressure

Work Requirements

Remote : 100% workfromhome opportunity

Schedule : Monday to Friday 8 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM Eastern Time

Must Have :

Personal computer monitors and essential tech

Professional and quiet workspace

Reliable highspeed internet

Backup power supply (if applicable)
