About the Role

We're looking for a Client Strategist who brings clarity, critical thinking, and relationship-driven leadership. This isn't your typical account management roleit combines strategic marketing planning, data interpretation, and high-touch client service. You'll guide business owners through performance insights, help them understand what's working (and what's not), and drive results through thoughtful recommendations.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

  • Set clear expectations, lead conversations, and build trust-based relationships.

  • Ensure clients feel supported, heard, and understood.

Strategic Marketing Planning
  • Develop tailored marketing strategies aligned with client goals and best practices.

  • Translate insights into focused action plans and clear recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with content, design, development, and advertising teams.

  • Ensure timely execution of deliverables and alignment with strategic goals.

Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Leverage tools like Google Analytics, CallRail, and CRM systems.

  • Deliver clear, actionable reports and guide performance-driven decisions.

Proactive Account Leadership
  • Anticipate challenges, mitigate risks early, and maintain project momentum.

  • Protect client trust and drive outcomes with integrity and confidence.

Sound Decision-Making
  • Make context-aware recommendations and communicate rationale clearly.

  • Balance strategic vision with tactical execution.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts without missing details.

Work Requirements
  • Remote: 100% work-from-home

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM Eastern Time

  • You must have:

    • Personal computer and dual monitors

    • Professional and quiet workspace

    • Reliable high-speed internet connection

    • Backup power supply (where applicable)
