The Role:
The Client Servicing and Marketing Analyst will support the firm’s institutional, intermediary and retail client relationships while coordinating client communications, marketing activities, due diligence submissions and CRM administration. The role works closely with Business Development, Portfolio Management, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Finance to ensure information is accurate, current, professional and delivered on time.
You will:
- Provide responsive, high-quality support to existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate client onboarding, reporting, meetings, presentations and investor communications.
- Complete and coordinate DDQs, RFPs and RFIs, including submissions through the Dasseti platform.
- Maintain accurate client, prospect and opportunity data in HubSpot CRM.
- Coordinate factsheets, pitch books, newsletters, digital content and other approved marketing material.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Servicing and Reporting:
- Act as a key point of contact for institutional investors, wealth managers, intermediaries and other clients.
- Coordinate onboarding, client reviews, due diligence visits, webinars, meeting packs and follow-up actions.
- Manage the distribution of factsheets, performance reports, newsletters and investment updates.
- Respond to client requests and coordinate input from relevant internal stakeholders.
- Maintain complete client records, contact details, preferences and interaction histories.
Due Diligence, RFPs and Consultant Relations:
- Complete and coordinate DDQs through the Dasseti due diligence questionnaire platform.
- Source and validate information with Portfolio Management, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Finance.
- Maintain an approved response library, supporting documents, policies and standard company information.
- Track deadlines, outstanding inputs, approvals and follow-up requirements.
CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate client, prospect, intermediary and consultant data in HubSpot.
- Capture meetings, communications, opportunities, pipeline activity and follow-up actions.
- Support data quality reviews, segmentation, workflows, dashboards, campaign tracking and management reporting.
Marketing and Business Development Support:
- Coordinate factsheets, pitch books, presentations, product brochures, newsletters and investment commentary.
- Assist with website and social media content, digital campaigns and the marketing content calendar.
- Ensure consistent branding and that all client-facing material is current, accurate and appropriately approved.
- Support client events, conferences, webinars and roadshows, including invitations, logistics and follow-up.
- Prepare proposals, meeting packs, prospect research and sales or client servicing reports.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
3–5 years’ relevant experience in asset management, hedge funds, investment consulting, institutional client servicing, business development support or financial services marketing.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Investments, Economics, Business Science, Commerce, Marketing, Communications or a related field. Progress towards CFA, CAIA, CA or a relevant postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Experience completing DDQs, RFPs or RFIs; Dasseti experience is advantageous.
- Practical experience with HubSpot or other relevant CRM, including data maintenance and reporting.
- Good understanding of hedge funds, long-only funds, institutional investing and asset management.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- A proactive, collaborative and client-focused approach, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
