A leading healthcare company seeks a dedicated professional to design and develop training content and facilitate training sessions. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing and communication skills, along with a customer-oriented approach. Responsibilities include conducting quality checks, developing engaging content, and collaborating with the Marketing team. • Experienced in designing and developing training content
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong customer-oriented approach
• Effective problem-solving capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team
• Skilled in facilitating meetings, workshops, and group discussions
• Strong writing abilities, including proposals, reports, and articles
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Valid driver’s licence with own reliable vehicle (essential)
Duties and responsibilities:
• Conduct quality checks to ensure data accuracy within the system prior to report compilation
• Participate in the statistical writing process for reports, including performing relevant calculations and generating graphs and visual data representations
• Manage reporting schedules for Client Services team members and issue timely reminders regarding report deadlines
• Develop written content for articles aligned with the national health calendar, client-specific calendars, and other client requirements
• Create engaging video content on relevant health and wellness topics
• Lead the development of managerial and orientation training videos in collaboration with the Marketing team
• Liaise with the Marketing department on all Client Services-related initiatives and materials
• Ensure the availability and adequacy of marketing materials required by the department
• Conduct research and develop training content based on client needs and agreed-upon quarterly topics
• Facilitate training sessions at client premises, including general health talks, orientation programs, and managerial training sessions
• Recruit and train qualified external training affiliates to deliver sessions in alignment with Workforce Healthcare (WFHC) values
• Provide support for additional tasks and initiatives as directed by the Director and the Client Services Department
