Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel—researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers. You’ll create the first impression of Blacksmith and drive pipeline using LinkedIn, SalesLoft and Salesforce in a thoughtful, high-quality outreach approach.

As an SDR, you will research ICP-based accounts, identify decision makers, craft personalized sequences and book discovery calls for Account

Qualificações

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
