Job summary

Glacier by Sanlam is seeking a client services professional to support clients, intermediaries and the intermediary channel via telephonic, email and face-to-face interactions in Johannesburg. You will handle enquiries, provide product information and help maintain high service standards.

You should have Matric, a relevant financial qualification, and at least 1 year of experience in the investment industry.

• A relevant financial degree or qualification is required.
• Exceptional communication skills in English – written and verbal.

Job Purpose

To be responsible for all clients, intermediary and intermediary support channel service (telephonic, e-mail and face-to-face). Key Outcomes

• Ensuring that the highest level of client service is provided to all clients and intermediaries (internal, FPC, IFA’s)
• Assisting intermediaries with investment administration enquiries
• Providing intermediaries with online support on Glacier’s HUB.
• Providing investment and product information to FPC, IFA’s and investors
• Develop trusted relationships with intermediaries and other stakeholders over time
• Involved in ad-hoc client services projects

Qualifications and Experience

• Matric / Grade 12
• A relevant financial degree / qualification
• 1 year experience in a LISP or the investment industry will be advantageous
• Exceptional communication skills in English – Written and Verbal
