Job Purpose
The Client Service Consultant Operations: Indexing will contribute to maintaining high standards of quality by efficiently verifying and allocating instructions received by Glacier to the appropriate teams.
Key Outcomes
The expected outcomes for the Client Service Consultant Operations: Indexing include:
- Verifying instructions received via various mailboxes.
- Accurately verifying and directing instructions in the internal workflow system based on work types.
- Indexing and scanning documentation within Service Level Agreement times.
- Investigating undelivered mail issues and updating address records as needed.
- Reconciling all incoming emails and faxes.
Technical Care
- Attend online, classroom, and self-study training sessions.
- Complete and pass all assignments and assessments on time.
- Develop an understanding of Glacier’s offerings and apply this knowledge daily.
Protecting the Glacier Brand and Building Relationships
- Foster client-centric behavior for client retention.
- Build relationships with internal departments to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and proposing solutions to process and service issues.
- Demonstrate the Glacier Culture actively.
Ad hoc Tasks
- Participate in client service projects as needed.
- Resolve stakeholder queries promptly.
- Assist the Processing Floor when required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Matric / Grade 12
- Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
- Indexing experience preferred
- 2 years’ experience in finance or investment industry
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written)
