Job summary

CVQuest is seeking a Client Service Consultant to act as a primary contact between the business and clients. The role focuses on delivering a professional and positive client experience, guiding clients from initial contact through ongoing support.

The successful candidate will engage with clients, build lasting relationships, understand requirements, and coordinate follow-ups while working closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in client service or related roles.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer literacy.
• Valid Code 8 driver’s licence and own transport.
• Willingness to travel locally when required.

We are looking for a Client Service Consultant to join our team and become an important point of contact between our business and its clients.

This is a people-focused position for someone who enjoys communicating, building relationships, and making sure clients receive a professional and positive experience.

You will work closely with clients throughout their journey - from initial communication and understanding their needs, through to follow-ups and ongoing support.

Your role will include:

• Communicating with new and existing clients
