Client Relationship Sales Executive – Table View, Cape Town.

Are you looking to join a luxury brand within the hospitality space? Our client based in Montague Gardens sells a leading product within their field to five-star hotels, boutiques, wine farms and restaurants. They require a passionate, high performing sales executive to build a portfolio with elite hospitality clients.

Your natural relationship building skills with sharp sales instincts to grow accounts and identifying new opportunities will be essential.

Salary: basic plus excellent commission, dependent on experience.

Requirements:

  • Matric and relevant qualifications highly advantageous
  • 2-3 years B2B sales experience ideally in hospitality, luxury goods, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of building client relationships and exceeding sales targets.
  • A polished communicator with excellent presentation skills.
  • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.
  • Proven experience in internal sales and customer service.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Sales Manager
  • Engage with new and existing customers
  • Qualify inbound inquiries and generate outbound sales leads.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with a portfolio of clients.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
  • Prepare and send quotations, with follow-ups.
  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Provide product information and support to customers.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
