Main Purpose of Position: Responsible for social media and marketing, managing client relationships, and business development.

Key Functions and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the company's social media and marketing strategies.
  2. Building, maintaining and strengthening professional relationships with our clients.
  3. Managing strategies and overcoming cross-functional work areas targeted to resolve issues raised by clients.
  4. Managing the client's needs and service operations, which deals directly with clients and is the first point of contact.
  5. Developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  6. Identifying client and industry needs and developing new service lines.

Minimum level of Education / Qualifications Required:
