About the Role:

We are hiring a Client Prospecting & Marketing Assistant to support our client’s business development efforts through high-impact LinkedIn engagement and digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who excels at connecting with decision-makers, managing outreach campaigns, and driving lead generation through strategic online presence.

Experience working in the financial services niche is a plus.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Execute strategic LinkedIn outreach to identify, connect with, and nurture prospective clients.
  • Manage and optimize LinkedIn campaigns using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Develop personalized messaging sequences to initiate meaningful conversations with decision-makers.
  • Maintain and update CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) with outreach activity and lead statuses.
  • Support broader lead generation efforts using email, content marketing, and engagement tactics.
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to generate high-quality leads via LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Proven expertise in building and managing sales funnels and customer journeys.
  • Proficiency in lead generation tools like ZoomInfo or Apollo.io.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing, retargeting, and CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Previous experience in creating content and social media management.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in the financial services niche is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Position: Client Prospecting & Marketing Assistant

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Working Hours: 9 am - 5 pm EST

Salary: USD 800 to USD 1000 per month
