Are You Someone Who Can
- Oversee all activities performed by team representatives serving a client segment of 150 million plus
- Achieve net profit growth for the business
- Drive an increase in the average balance of a specific portfolio of liabilities
- Manage costs or expenses within the approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies
- Manage and grow existing clients and expand the portfolio through proactive management
- Maximise business portfolio, cross-sell opportunities, and strengthen client relationships
- Maintain expert knowledge on specific products, pricing, application procedures, processing, and timelines to drive sales targets
- Analyze and understand complex client needs and provide appropriate solutions through deal structuring
- Manage sales lead pipeline and maintain all qualified leads
- Translate strategies into actionable goals and execute projects aligned with strategic objectives, with performance measures and control systems to track progress
- Ensure compliance with systems and procedures as laid out by FNB
- Take necessary actions to ensure compliance with statutory, legislative, policy, and governance requirements
- Prepare and present credit proposals to secure credit facilities within credit policy
- Gather information to review work progress, providing input for reporting, decision-making, and improvements
You Will Be An Ideal Candidate If You
- Hold a Business Banking Degree (Financial)
- Possess RE5 and a recognized qualification by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority
- Have 3-5 years banking experience, including judgmental credit and agricultural experience
- Are not an unrehabilitated insolvent
- Are willing to undergo a credit record check as per the National Credit Act (NCA)
