Job Support Role in Client Portfolio Management

This position involves supporting the Client Portfolio Executive by managing and administering a portfolio of clients, including applying approval processes and ongoing quality risk management of the clients' credit facilities.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

• Deliver exceptional service by educating clients, offering suitable solutions, and maintaining relationships.
• Monitor process turnaround times and quality standards, resolving issues promptly.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders including end-users, SMEs, project managers, and senior staff.
• Maintain knowledge of legislative changes, industry best practices, and compliance procedures.
• Administer and complete activities efficiently and within deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with systems and procedures.
• Develop materials such as standards, templates, and guidelines.
• Conduct analysis to identify performance improvements and reengineering opportunities.
• Provide business intelligence and trend analysis to support decision-making.
• Review work progress and contribute to reporting and improvement initiatives.
• Create personal development and review plans with management.
• Identify skills and competencies necessary for personal growth and performance.

Additional Candidate Criteria:

• 2-3 years of experience as an analyst in a Commercial Banking environment.
• Experience with Credit Applications in Agric/Commercial sectors.
• Credit Management exposure is essential.
• Experience handling high-level customer queries.
• Not an unrehabilitated insolvent.
