A dynamic provider of Software Solutions, Services & Training in Joburg seeks a dedicated & passionate customer-centric Client Partner who will serve as a proactive knowledgeable consultant and supportive ally for clients. You will demonstrate how solution offerings can help clients achieve their business goals while increasing company revenue. You will develop strategic plans aligned with client priorities, emphasizing tools and services that improve efficiency, streamline processes, or increase profits.

The successful candidate must have Matric / Grade 12, an Internal Audit tertiary qualification with a solid understanding of Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance Management, and experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot. Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required. A proven track record of retaining and growing accounts is essential.

DUTIES :

  1. Own a number of client accounts.
  2. Build strong client relationships and understand their needs considering their business objectives.
  3. Identify opportunities for Account Managers and develop solutions that meet client objectives.
  4. Communicate solutions effectively at all client management levels and influence decision-making.
  5. Discuss and deliver new services to meet client objectives.
  6. Report on project success and status regularly.
  7. Support the acquisition of new clients through tenders and pitches.
  8. Stay updated on products and solutions, sharing insights with the team.
  9. Resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  10. Develop strategies to meet revenue targets.
  11. Build new client relationships via calls, networking, and campaigns.
  12. Monitor and enhance client satisfaction.
  13. Create business proposals and offer product consultations.

REQUIREMENTS :

Qualifications –

  • Grade 12 / Matric Certificate.
  • Internal Audit Qualification.

Experience / Skills –

  • Management of customer communications.
  • Understanding of Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance Management.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot).
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to retain and grow accounts.
  • Solutions-focused, collaborative, and proactive approach.
  • Ability to motivate clients and team members.
  • Flexibility to work under pressure and travel nationally and internationally. Driver’s license and own transport are essential.
