Prescient seeks a Client Service Consultant to manage onboarding for individuals and legal entities, including Docfox and unit registry data entry. You will ensure KYC checks, FATCA classifications, and tax data are correctly captured, while delivering proactive client feedback.

Working in a highly regulated UT MANCO environment, you will coordinate with Compliance and Internal Audit to maintain RMCP adherence and resolve aged items promptly.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years experience in client onboarding or related role.
• Foundational understanding of FICA, DWT, FATCA.

Responsabilidades

• Handle client onboarding for individuals and entities.
• Validate documents to meet FICA RMCP and load investor data into systems.
• Maintain accurate regulatory classifications (FATCA, ASISA, SARB) and tax details.
• Communicate with clients and provide timely feedback on onboarding status.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Internal Audit to ensure RMCP adherence.
