Job description

The Client Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients ensuring the effective execution of sales and marketing strategies. This role involves overseeing client campaigns driving business growth and managing a team to achieve performance targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships acting as the main point of contact.
  • Develop and implement clientspecific strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing and retail solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and client performance data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage budgets forecasts and reporting on client projects.
  • Lead and mentor a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in client management sales or retail marketing.
  • Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop client strategies and execute business plans.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of the retail and consumer goods industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Experience :

  • Experience in managing FMCG retail or sales operations.
  • Understanding of shopper marketing and trade activation.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask.
