Job Details
Worldpanel services in South Africa are mainly used by brand marketing teams in our client (FMCG) organizations. While consumer panel data is very powerful in helping clients make informed decisions in brand marketing areas, it can be equally powerful in supporting shopper/trade marketing teams of our clients to elevate their performance and strengthen their relationship with their customers (retailers). We would like to support our clients to grow their business by helping them use panel data to take more informed decisions in the shopper space. This role involves business development, client relationship management, and advising on analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Leads with Impact
- Running projects at pace across our solutions, applying effective project management approaches and methodologies and providing hands-on support and/or task assignment to client service team members.
- Helping to shape project requirements, asking clarifying questions and challenging assumptions to reach the best solutions.
- Explaining and adjusting existing headline solution processes as appropriate.
Example outcome indicators:- Projects are of a high standard, going above and beyond on delivery and/or insights produced.
- Internal and external feedback on strength of analytical and problem-solving skills within the context of projects (e.g., ability to deal with unexpected challenges effectively).

- Establishing your profile and network to deliver AA benefits inside or outside of your team through day-to-day interactions.
- Supporting impactful AA project delivery through direct interactions with clients.
- Sharing a compelling point of view on technical and analytical standard methodologies, influencing peers and more junior team members to apply them in BAU and with an improvement and innovation lens.
