Job Details

Worldpanel services in South Africa are mainly used by the brand marketing teams in our FMCG client organizations.

While consumer panel data is powerful for brand marketing decisions, it can also support shopper/trade marketing teams to elevate performance and strengthen relationships with retailers.

We aim to help our clients grow their business by leveraging panel data for informed decisions in the shopper space.

This role involves business development, client relationship management, and advising on analytics solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leads with Impact: Managing projects efficiently, applying project management methodologies, supporting team members, shaping project requirements, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  2. Connects to Win: Collaborating with leadership, establishing a professional network, supporting impactful analytics projects, and promoting methodologies to peers and clients.
  3. Owns Commercial Success: Understanding the value of shopper data, prioritizing work, aligning analysis with company strategy, and proactively resolving challenges.
  4. Solves Problems Decisively: Addressing analytical issues, sourcing and analyzing data, making tactical decisions, and managing conflicting priorities effectively.
