Job description

The PayComplete Project Management Office oversees our strategic programs and projects worldwide.

It facilitates coordination among our commercial, engineering, implementation, and service teams, as well as with partners and customers.

We are looking for action-oriented and driven candidates with extensive experience in customer-focused project management.

The successful candidate must be skilled at collaborating with team members from various disciplines to plan, execute, monitor, control, and deliver multiple projects throughout the customer deployment and internal manufacturing lifecycle.

This role requires a detail-oriented, results-driven, and highly motivated individual who can flexibly resolve challenges and meet project milestones, ensuring a superior customer experience.

Essential Job Functions:
  1. Serve as the project management lead on key global and regional projects to both internal and external stakeholders for all project deliverables.
  2. Lead and participate in project team meetings and work closely with Functional Managers and senior stakeholders to coordinate and prioritize workload to meet project milestones.
  3. Collect and analyze project metrics and identify improvement actions using statistical process control.
  4. Communicate key status information to stakeholders on a regular basis, including program, quality, and operations reviews with Senior Management.
  5. Proactively manage project challenges, implementing countermeasure strategies to resolve issues and meet milestones.
  6. Actively plan and manage project risks and issues.
  7. Participate in continuous improvement activities, actively developing, maintaining, and improving project management processes and associated metrics and tools – as part of the PMO and the customer solutions team.
  8. Capture, incorporate, and communicate lessons learned within assigned projects and the cross-functional team.
Qualifications / Skills Required:
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of global Project Management experience, ideally in the FinTech or payments industries and covering both software and hardware services and solutions.
  3. Excellent understanding of project management concepts, methodologies, and associated tools.
  4. Strong project planning and tracking capability.
  5. Strong risk and issues management, causal analysis, and decision analysis/resolution capability.
  6. Able to efficiently interface with cross-functional teams and customers to successfully negotiate and meet project commitments.
  7. Proficient with a range of tools and platforms, including Microsoft Tools, Jira, Salesforce, Confluence, and project management tools and platforms.
  8. Positive, proactive and driven attitude with excellent leadership qualities and negotiation skills.
  9. Excellent communication (written/oral) and problem-solving skills.
  10. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to efficiently resolve team conflicts and roadblocks.
  11. Situational travels based on project needs.
